Installation Guide

If you're familiar with Excel and downloading software from the internet, it should be sufficient to read the summary on the right and skip to Section 5: User Manuals.

For those of you who are less familiar with the internet and Excel, we recommend you complete this guide before downloading your software.

Summary

1) Download and unzip the files.

2) Configure Excel: Corporate Editions of the Controller Series contain macros and VBA programming code. Excel's macro security needs to be configured to allow the macros and VBA code to run.

3) Install Software: Simply open the Excel files as you would normally.

On first loading Sales Controller, the program has to initialise the Solver Add-In. You will be asked for a VBAProject Password, simply click 'Cancel' to continue. If Solver isn't in its default directory you will also be asked to indicate its current location.

4) Register Software: For security reasons, Corporate Editions of the Controller Series need to be registered. We will send you a registration key by email within the next few days. Feel free to continue to use your software in the meantime; your work will NOT be lost on registering.

5) Please invest a few minutes to read the User Manuals; it will save you time in the long run.
