Production ControllerProduction Controller is an operational management tool for manufacturing companies. It applies the power and flexibility of Microsoft® Excel® spreadsheets to solving production scheduling problems and simplifies standard product costing. This Excel based production control software is designed to add additional product costing and scheduling capabilities to our popular financial planning tool Budget Controller or as a stand-alone product for simple operational management and production planning. Production Controller allows manufacturing companies to create product standards by defining the raw materials, labour and other costs required to manufacture composite products. Simple production scheduling and demand smoothing allows managers to compare forecast demand with machine or factory capacity to ensure that strategic goals can be achieved by identifying production capacity bottlenecks well in advance.
